With formaldehyde being the basic raw material in the production of melaminic, phenolic and ureic resins, more and more producers of MDF and Particle-board are choosing to produce formaldehyde in their own plants.

In addition to large-scale plants, LRF also supplies new plants with capacities between 10.000 to 20.000 tons of liquid formaldehyde per year.

These small-size plants are no longer produced directly in Europe. Where the requested capacities are usually more than 100.000 tons per year.

For countries with limited financial possibilities and low labor costs, we propose two solutions:

_General design and supply of some key equipment from Europe, and local construction.
_Complete plant made in China by a selected and tested manufacturer.
